  • President, Interpro, Philippines, a project management and construction company whose major client is Fil-Estate Corporation.
  • President, Parson-Interpro J.V., a joint venture company of Parson, Ca. and Interpro Philippines Inc. doing project management and construction of multi-million projects in the Philippines for 9 years
  • Projects managed are:
    • Camp John Hay Tourism Development project in Baguio City, a high end luxury development consisting of a golf course community, two hotels, and residential homes.
    • Metro Rail Transit Depot complex
    • Manila Southwoods Development in Carmona, Cavite – golf and country club with 2 golf courses, sports complex, water park complex, hotel and residential development.
    • Renaissance Center in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City – a 33 story office condominium building and a 16 story office building.
    • Residential developments in Quezon City – 15 story residential building, two 5-story condominium buildings, and 50 townhomes.
  • General contractor and developer in California, USA for nine years – developed and sold various condominium developments in Glendale, Pasadena and Los Angeles and built apartment complexes in Pasadena and Glendale.
