Our Recruitment Process
MANPOWER POOLING
Upon receipt of Job Order/Requisition from the Foreign Principal, RESOURCE ONE GLOBAL PARTNERS, INC. selects from its manpower data bank for appropriate candidates. We post job advertisements stating the name of the Foreign Principal with leading newspapers nationwide to add to our existing qualified applicants.
PRE-SCREENING
We boast of experienced and very much qualified consultants in the field of engineering & architecture; healthcare; legal & communications, hospitality and travel. We offer our expertise to make sure that we come up with only the best and most qualified candidates for your final selection.
FINAL INTERVIEW
You may send your Representative to the Philippines to conduct a final interview/selection. Where it is not possible to do so, as per your request, we will send CVs of all possible qualified applicants for your approval. If necessary, we will require the applicant to undergo trade testing.
MEDICAL / PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT
The successful candidate is required to undergo physical and medical examination to determine if she/he is fit or unfit to work and assess his/her psychological stability to adapt to a foreign environment.
DOCUMENTATION
We require the applicant to submit the following:
a. Passport
b. NBI clearance (police clearance)
c. Medical certificate
d. Trade Testing certificate
e. Other documents as may be required by the Employer
PROCESSING
Processing at Philippine Overseas and Employment Administration (POEA) will be done after the accreditation of the Foreign principal. For countries using No Objection Certificates (NOC), an authenticated employment contract is required. After processing with POEA, the passport together with all the pertinent documents are submitted to the Embassy of the Host country for visa stamping. For countries using NOC, the visa is stamped upon arrival of the worker at the port of entry.
PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION
Aside from the (FREE) pre-departure orientation that RESOURCE ONE provides the successful candidates, all Filipino Contract Workers are required to attend the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) prior to deployment conducted by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.
Availing our Services
The Foreign Principal executes:
a. Special Power of Attorney – authorizing Resource One Global Partners, Inc. to recruit Filipino workers in behalf of your company. It must be written in your official letterhead and must be duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate where the employer is located.
b. Recruitment Agreement
c. Photocopy of commercial or Business Registration of Principal
d. Job Order/Requisition - Manpower Classification of Job Orders with proposed salary rates. Must contain information on job description, number of workers needed, gender, delivery date and benefits to employees. (can be faxed or E-mail ahead of the other requirements)
e. Standard Contract of Employment
Visa Slip – for workers bound for Saudi Arabia
Visa authority – for workers bound for Saudi Arabia & other countries
N. O. C.
f. Letter from Foreign Principal authorizing RESOURCE ONE GLOBAL PARTNERS, INC. to file and withdraw workers visa/copy
ALL of the above AUTHENTICATED documents must be submitted directly to our office.
